There are no diets here, only honesty, kindness, a love for food and a love for self.
Welcome!
I am so happy you are here. My mission is to help guide you on your path to better health and to show yourself a little more love.
I work with busy women who continue to try diets and end up feeling like a failure, tend to skip meals in an effort to save calories (only to binge later) - especially when they haven’t worked out that day.
I help my clients to implement a highly personalized approach using my 6 step process with focus on intuitive eating and yoga. This allows them to begin making themselves a priority, stop obsessing over every bite, have more energy and sleep better at night, so they can finally live the full and vibrant life they were meant to live. Everybody deserves to love their reflection in the mirror.
What is
Intuitive Eating?
Yoga
The
Plantable Approach
Intuitive eating is a non-diet approach to help people heal from the effects of chronic dieting. It is a flexible style of eating that helps you become in-tune on when to eat, what to eat and when to stop eating. There is no counting calories, no counting grams of protein or carbs and no counting points. Gentle nutrition is provided so you can optimize your health.
The Plantable approach teaches ways to incorporate more vegetables, fruits and whole grains into your diet. Eating a diet rich in plants can help reduce the risk of many leading causes of illness!
You don't have to be 100% plant-based to reap the benefits. Plantable Palate encourages the consumption of a wide variety of vegetables, fruits and whole grains, while consuming an adequate amount of protein whether it's fish, poultry, lean beef, beans or tofu!
Incorporating yoga enables you to become more in-tune to your body and its' signals.
By listening to your body,
you will find yourself
-making healthier decisions,
-increased energy levels
-lower stress levels
If you have never practiced yoga before, together we can work on a personalized routine that is right for you. Yoga doesn't have to be intense.
Yoga is unique to each individual.
